The Quad Co exists to usher in the Holy Spirit through honest worship—wherever that might lead us. Whether it’s with kids, students, young adults, or seasoned believers, our desire is the same: to create space for the Spirit of God to move through worship.
We’re a collective of friends, family, and musicians who have done life together for years. What unites us isn’t a specific sound or style—it’s a shared pursuit to worship God wholeheartedly and to lead others into that same encounter wherever the Spirit leads.
When we talk about honest worship, we think of Acts 2—when the Holy Spirit came like a rushing wind and set hearts ablaze. That same fire still burns within us today. Honest worship is letting that ember inside each of us grow brighter and brighter—a true expression of what God is doing in our lives, free from fear, distraction, or comparison.
Our hope is simple: that through our worship, others would experience the presence of the living God and be stirred to follow where He leads.

Cynthia Marie Griffin
The Quad Co. exists today because of the faith, love, and legacy of Cynthia Griffin - mother of our founder, Desi Griffin. Cynthia embodied grace, perseverance, and deep devotion to both her family and her faith. Born in San Antonio and later making her home in Houston, Cynthia spent 27 years serving faithfully at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she poured her heart into helping others heal. She lived with quiet strength and unwavering compassion, always putting others before herself.
Her passing in 2025 became the spark for Desi to bring The Quad Co. to life - a vision rooted in the values she lived by: faith that endures, love that serves, and worship that tells the truth about who God is and who we are. Every song, every gathering, every moment of worship carries a piece of her spirit.
Her legacy lives on wherever the Spirit leads.
